    Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Jewish Defense Fund ("JDF") website, making donations, signing up for communications, or otherwise interacting with our organization, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    Our Mission

Jewish Defense Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and empowering Jewish communities through legal advocacy, education, community security, and direct action against Antisemitism.

    Use of Website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use.

    Donations

All donations to JDF are voluntary and tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law (EIN: 88-0703290). Donations are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Refund requests should be directed to info@jewishdefensefund.org within 30 days of the transaction.

JDF Giving Fund — Reserve Balances and Inactivity: Contributions to a JDF Giving Fund are irrevocable charitable gifts to Jewish Defense Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Reserve balances do not accrue interest for the account holder. JDF manages reserve funds as part of its overall treasury operations. Accounts with no deployment activity for 12 months will receive an inactivity reminder. If no deployment activity occurs within 24 months of the last deployment (or fund creation, if no deployment has ever occurred), the reserve balance will be automatically allocated to the JDF Primary Fund. A 30-day advance notice will be sent to the account holder's email address on file prior to any such automatic allocation, providing the opportunity to deploy the reserve or contact JDF to request an extension. Automatic allocation will proceed if no action is taken within the 30-day notice period.

    Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jewish Defense Fund or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    Limitation of Liability

JDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or services.

    Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
